Bio/research interests: My research centers on the Sino-Russian border region. I am especially interested in how interpersonal relations along the Sino-Russian border reflect, shape, and contradict Sino-Russian bilateral relations.

My primary research interests are Military Strategy and Tactics, World War II, Nuclear Power, and the Soviet Union. I find particular interest in how all three of these topics intersect and were affected by one another.
